SUMMER CAMP:
We learn that invasive plants make great snacks, and jumping worms definitely don’t. Kids look for and learn about the American Bullfrog, jumping spiders, crazy caterpillars, delicious weeds, VERY territorial birds and the most majestic trees on the East Coast. Kids will also plant and bring home air-cleaning plants.
GRADES: K - 5.
Older kids will have more challenging activities. In order to make sure younger kids do not feel left out or overwhelmed, we recommend kindergarteners sign up with a buddy. Or we can have a quick introduction on Zoom a few days before they nature with us to allow your child to meet us before they are dropped off in the park. We will keep buddies, siblings and similar age groups together.

WHEN + WHERE:
9AM to 3PM
Kids are dropped off at Prospect Park, at the Garfield Place & Prospect Park West entrance. If it's easier for parents, we can also pick kids up at Grand Army Plaza (GAP).
BAD WEATHER:
WE WILL TRY TO NATURE AND GARDEN OUTDOORS DURING ALL KINDS OF WEATHER! EXCEPT WHEN IT'S DANGEROUS! Rain is NOT dangerous! Dress to be outdoors. But if it there are thunderstorms or tornadoes, we will have fun nature & art activities in the public library at Grand Army Plaza until pickup at 3pm. When thunderstorms stop, we will go back outside again. If the library is closed, there will be no refunds because we still have to pay our staff!
REGISTRATION:
$700 one week / $1300 two weeks OR Sign Up for Single Days $150 per day
